About Hands & Voices of Oregon:
Hands & Voices of Oregon is a parent driven, non-profit organization that helps supports families with children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. They provide families with the resources, networks, and information they need to improve communication access and educational outcomes for their children. Their outreach activities, parent/professional collaboration, and advocacy efforts are focused on enabling Deaf and Hard-of–Hearing children to reach their highest potential. Hands & Voices of Oregon contracts with trained parent guides who help newly identified families navigate through the unfamiliar system, offer emotional support, resources and assistance with early intervention and networking opportunities.
***We encourage you to bring wine / beer / cider / nonalcoholic drinks and snacks to enjoy in addition to what Hands & Voices of Oregon will be providing.***
Please allow us to open and pour any adult beverages for you, per OLCC regulations. We are more than happy to do this. …There’s never any corking fee – and – those under 21 years of age are welcome to paint with us while the vino flows for those over 21!
