Vino & Van-goes to the Countryside! Meet us at the Lighthouse Farm Sanctuary in Scio, for an afternoon of Fundraising, Fresh Air & Furry Farm Babies.
We will be painting “Portrait of Helen”, which will premiere at this event! You’ll get a chance to meet Helen, their star, resident buffalo.
She is blind.

About Lighthouse Farm Sanctuary:
The Lighthouse Farm Sanctuary is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation &, when appropriate, re-homing of abused & neglected farmed animals. They do this by providing a safe & loving refuge to those who need it most. Lighthouse is home to over 200 animals including pigs, cows, horses, chickens, sheep, & yes, goats! Who doesn’t love a goat?!
“Our goal is to share their stories with the community and bring about positive change in the way they are viewed by society. By fostering beautiful, meaningful bonds between people and the animals they may see as “food” or as “things” we are changing the future for the individuals who mean so much to us.”
Vino & Vango, Inc. & Lighthouse Farm Sanctuary are teaming up to raise community awareness & financial support on behalf of these gentle souls who have served us humans for centuries.
You will paint, (and leave with), a fantastic piece of artwork, meet some wonderful animals & learn some things about how we can help our barnyard friends.
